Hotel Reina Petronila Zaragoza, Zaragoza

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed, but there is room for improvement in certain aspects. The service was friendly, yet lacked some local area information and maps. The location, although relaxing, was far from the historical area of Zaragoza. The dining options were good but fell short on service and variety. Overall, a decent stay with some areas needing attention.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are very nice, large, and comfortable, especially being located in the building corner with ample space. They are exceptionally modern and offer clean facilities at a very decent price. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is not ideal, more residential and a bit of a trek to the tram, but the effort put in by the staff, like Sergio at the front desk, made it all worthwhile. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a full choice of delicious foods and drinks. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
